Your account currently is not configured to allow access. You would need to contact the MLS and have them configure your account profile.

As for your question regarding documentation, the data dictionary and database schema definitions can be found at this RESO wiki website. You can also use one of the utilities available from the RESO.org website. I use RESTMD.com and CoreLogic's RETSConnector, depending on the task at hand.

The previous statement regarding the requirement of a DATA SERVICE ACCOUNT from your MLS is correct. Your MLS may require permission from your Brokerage Firm, depending on how your MLS operates. Also there may be a one-time and/or ongoing fees.
