Missing Specific Subdivision Name Values in Feed

We are having issues with locating Subdivision data on listings. A client has notified that we are not showing the correct (or any) Subdivision data for specific listings. We are not seeing any values populated in the Subdivision field for these listings, however. Would you be able to look into this issue for us? I have provided examples below of listings where we are not receiving the data as well as the RETS credentials being used, for your reference. Please let me know if you require any additional information.

Examples: MLS# 17006455 Subdivision: CHENAL VALLEY THE OAKS We cannot locate this value for the listing, nor is it in the metadata values for Subdivision.

MLS# 17007129 Subdivision: CHENAL VALLEY ADDN We cannot locate this value for the listing, nor is it in the metadata values for Subdivision.

I notified the System Support Manager (SSM) for the MLS who will coordinate with the MLS to get the issue fixed.

2017-09-15 15:25 CST - Update: The MLS is currently cleaning up subdivision lookup values. Once that is finished, they will schedule a RETS Refresh. You would need to check with the MLS to get a an approximate time.

2017-09-25 15:39 CST - Update: The refresh has been done so you should be able to find these lookup values now. Please comment this answer if it is fixed now. Thanks for your patience.

Any update on this? Can you verify the data is actually in the field or is it missing with the credentials supplied? The MLS has told our client that the data in this feed is the same as everyone else's, however, we can't seem to get an answer as to why the data is not appearing in our feed.

This does appear to be better now, in that our client's specific issue has been resolved.
