Getting started help

I'm setting up a Drupal website for a client using paragonrels.com that will pull down RETS data via Drealty/PHRETS. I'm stuck at the RETS connection config page not knowing what config is correct. I was unable to find basic documentation explaining the url/username/password. I'm seeking information on the following.

Login URL, Username, Password, User Agent String, RETS Version

The RETS URL, login name and password are usually provided by the MLS when you get a RETS account.
