I have tried to reach out the NKY MLS board but no success. I want to build out our IDX solution however what am I having trouble understanding is the Broker Reciprocity process. How do I go about this? This a separate rets feed? How I get the logo. What are the requirements? My current access has no location data for geo. Do I need to add the geo location coordinates myself for mapping or can I request access to this?

To obtain access to the Office Logos, or geocode data the MLS will have to approve with a request from you. I do see this information is set up for the MLS, so it's a matter of obtaining access. I recommend, if you're not able to get through via e-mail, to try contacting the MLS via Phone. I will also reach out to our Paragon Representative here, so they can touch base with the MLS that your request is coming.

So we got a response back and we filled out another form. Maybe dataset we requested for before isn’t IDX.
That being said is the dataset different between IDX, VOW, etc?
RETS Profiles can be set up for IDX Include, or known as 'Business Rules' internally. If in your specific profile,"Business Rules" are enabled, you will only receive listings where L_IDXinclude = 'Y'. As far as vow is concerned, the fields are provided based on the MLS' discretion.
Unless directly filtered in the profile, they have no impact on the listings received.
