Piedmont Regional MLS MFR Information removed from feed

Hello,

We're hoping you will be able to help. We have a feed set up with Piedmont Regional MLS with the URL - http://prar.rets.paragonrels.com/rets... . The username is jerriebrown_2 . Recently, it appears that the Multi-family class has been removed from our feed with no notification from the MLS.

Would you be able to identify if this is the problem and possibly add it back to the feed?

I tested this with your account and was able to pull data from all 5 Property classes. Can you be more specific and/or include error returns?

That's relieving. I just ran the query myself. It looks like there hasn't been any activity since 12/01/2017. If that is correct on your side, I'll notify my team that the feed is fine. The query I ran is below:

Search query: (L_UpdateDate=2017-12-01T00:00:00+) 0 records downloaded RETS Status code = 20201: No Records Found.

Using your criteria I don't show any changes. If I change it to (L_UpdateDate=2017-11-01T00:00:00+) it shows 3. So there don't appear to be any changes since December.
