Pensacola MLS - Low percentage of Selling Agent/Office data population

I see that we are receiving Selling Agent and Office data in the feed, however, we are seeing a very low percentage of listings that have the Selling Agent and Office NAME populated. I do see that Selling Agent ID and Office ID is fully populated, however, the actual Name data is very sparse. Do you know if that data is available? I have included our RETS credentials below, for your reference. Please let me know if you require any additional information. Thanks!
