Property/Listing Count Not Correct

Hello,

My account name is 206538388. I'm trying to get the count of all listings for say Dublin, CA (94568) using the following RETS Url:

http://maxebrdi.rets.paragonrels.com/...L_Zip=94568)&Count=2

I ran it now and I got a count of 8134. Does this mean that RETS only has 8134 housing/listings in Dublin? When I look at the city monthly report for Dublin, it says there are 15,782 housing units.

Am I missing something here? Or is my query on the back-end restricted somehow?

Thanks, Gopi

The reason I'm saying is that my home that was purchased in Dec 2015 in Dublin, CA is not showing up in the listings that I've downloaded using the other query (?Count=1 with Offset). I've successfully downloaded all 8134 listings and I don't find my home. Any idea?

There is filtering applied to the feed based on your account profile. For example your profile has: (L_StatusCatID=|1,2,3),(LFD_INTERNETSITES_38=578) applied to the RE_1 class.

If I use this query: "(L_City=Dublin),(L_Zip=94568)" I get 8089.

If I use this query "(L_City=Dublin),(L_Zip=94568*)" I get 14478.

This is because some of the zip codes have the +4 and some don't.

Hi Bruce,

Thanks for the answer. Yes, I do get the right count now.

Can you please allow L_StatusCatID: 4 (Expired) and 5 (OffMarket) too? Is there any reason as why this filter is present?

Thanks for all your help.

Thanks, Gopi

This is how the MLS has configured the IDX feed. You would need to contact them for further information or access..
