Open House queries

We are attempting to retrieve open house data, however, the property/class info isn't listed in the meta data. Query attempts against OpenHouse/OpenHouse or Tour/OpenHouse fail with error 20203. Is it possible that our account doesn't have access to this data, or is the query invalid?

Miscellaneous Search Error, ignoring: 20203: Miscellaneous Search Error. Class [OpenHouse] does not exist in Resource [OpenHouse].

This should be fixed now. Please verify that it is working. The OpenHouse class names are the same as Property.

Bruce, thanks for the quick attention to our request.

I can now see OpenHouse listed in the classes meta data, though the only object in the meta data that are listed are: Property, Agent and ActiveAgent. Hence, the request response is still:

20203: Miscellaneous Search Error. Class [OpenHouse] does not exist in Resource [OpenHouse]

When I pull the metadata, it shows the open house resource and the associated classes. You would use RE_1 for the class not OpenHouse.

Yes. After correcting the class value, we can now retrieve the open house data. Thanks for your help. Have a good Memorial Day weekend.
