Link listings with same address - listing history

Hello,

My account number is 206538388. I'm trying to get the history of a particular listing say 40822955 (4781 Mangrove Drive, Dublin CA 94568).

This only returns the listing information, but nothing on history. I see that there are other 2 listings: 40148971 and 11061561 which contains a little history. 

40148971: 4781 Mangrove Dr, Sold for $385,000 on 09/01/2000
11061561: 4781 Mangrove Dr, Sold for $615,000 on 04/06/2006

How do I match/connect all these listings as the same? What field or fields would be the connector? I'm using address now, but that failed as it is difference between "4781 Mangrove Dr" and "4781 Mangrove Drive".

Any help would be appreciated.

Property history information for MAXEBRDI isn't available through RETS. If you are looking for the previous sales on that property, the only way to do it would be by address like you attempted to do. But as you already found out there can be issues because of the way address information was entered in the previous sales.

Not sure exactly what you are trying to do with the information?

Thanks Bruce. Sorry about the long delay in replying. I'm trying to display the property history like the ones displayed on realtor.com, redfin.com etc. For now, I've done few auto-matching logic, that should suffice my need.
