Photos Not Available for Sold Listings

Hello,

We are workign with CARMLS (Little Rock) and have successfully completed our RETS feed integration. We have no issues pulling Active listings and photos.

Recently, CARMLS updated our profile to grant access to Sold listings. We can pull the Sold listing data without a problem, but are not able to access photos for Sold listings. I spoke with our contact at CARMLS and he said that photos for Sold listings are available in the same way as Active listings, but we are not able to get them.

We are downloading photos from Property resource with using of GetObject request with Location=1, Type=Photo (i.e. we are getting photos' URLs from RETS server). For Active listings this is working fine, for Sold listings the RETS server returns 0 objects as result. I've tried Location=0 but with same result.

Thanks,

Ben

Are you not getting any images at all for sold listings? Can you give me a few listing IDs as an example?

Hello,

Yes, that's correct -- we are not getting photos for all sold listings.

Here are a few listing IDs where we see this problem:

17023757 17029208 17033209 17033673 17035627 17036632

Thanks,

Ben

I tested using your account with GETOBJECT and Location=1. I was able to pull image URLs for the 6 you listed above. I wasn't sure whether you were only requesting the primary or all (*) so I tried both ways and the image URLs were returned in both cases. I also verified that they displayed the images. What application are you using to pull the data?

Hello,

Thanks for your reply -- it helped us find and fix the problem.

The problem was in order index of "primary" photo. When importing all photos (for Active listings) the numeration starts with index "1". To import only the first photo (for Sold listings) we were requesting the image with index "1" and this request failed. When we changed this to request index "0" (some kind of special "primary" photo), it solved theproblem.

Thanks again for your help.
