No mapping defined for object type Photo

Hello, I am writting due that I need some help in a problem that I am facing when I try to download the media for a resource, I am currently using gorets as the library to download data from a rets server. When I download the images I send as Object Type the value "Photo" but the server is responding me with:

error code: 20501 Message: No mapping defined for object type Photo

In the rets speciication the error 20501 corresponds to Invalid Type The request could not be understood due to an unknown metadata type.

So, I do not know why it work for other resources and not for the one that I am retrieving, my question is: what does that means? the resource doesn't have photos but have another type of media?

What RETS URL and account name (NO PASSWORDS) are you using? Also, what resource are you trying to request images from?

Hello, I used http://imls.apps.retsiq.com/dd/rets/l... and the user: 19147r

This happens for some records of ActiveAgent as well as some Offices

The valid GETOBJECT types are:

Property: Photo and Thumbnail

Agent and ActiveAgent: Photo and OfficeLogo

If you don't have access, you will need to contact the MLS directly and request access through RETSIQ.

Were you able to get this resolved through the MLS?
