Can anyone tell me the best way to track Back on Market properties. We keep a running log of all status changes however back on market is a little more challenging.

If the ListingID is the same its pretty easy to see that its come back as a relist. However if the property is relisted with a new listing ID you lose the back on market .

Is there a field that is a unique identifier for a property that never changes no matter what the status ?

You could use gecode and price but that doesn't guarantee correct results either.
