NRDS is not showing in data feed

I asked for access to the NRDS data in the RETS feed for us to map. Wendy Alley from Pensacola Association of REALTORS(R); states that 'That field is enabled so you should be getting the information coming through.'

I've asked for her contact at Paragon, and she provided this link; to find out why the data isn't showing.
