Gateway time out

Hi,

We are successfully logging in with our rets credentials on webmd. However, once we start looking at more data, we get a gateway timeout error. How do we troubleshoot so we can get all the data we need for our download?

I assume you are referring to RETSMD not WEBMD(the medical site)? I was able to access the data on that site without issue using your account. What exactly were you trying to do with it? You should change your URL to 1.7.2 instead of 1.7. And I would suggest you either connect with 1.7.2 or 1.8.
