No longer receiving U_password - what is u_hash?

We have been consuming MLS passwords for 7 years. In 2015, we converted to RETS consumption for resource U_Password. As of a few days ago (a week or two at most?), this resource is no longer returned. We are:


login_url: 'https://maxebrdi-rets.paragonrels.com/rets/fnisrets.aspx/MAXEBRDI/login' username: '159523129' password: 'obfuscated-for-this-message' user_agent: 'CCARr2m' user_agent_password: 'obfuscated-for-this-message' query: '((U_user_is_active=1),(AO_board_id=|1,2,3,4,5,6,7))'


We get data, just no password. The resource is no longer even visible in the RETS admin resource setup under Agents. We are now seeing u_hash... has the process changed? This is severely impacting over 4000 members, including preventing them from paying their MLS fees.

in case it helps others in the same boat, confirmation from our SSM that this is a self inflicted wound by BK:

"Ok I have been reviewing settings to see if I could identify what occurred and it looks like there was an issue with the metadata refresh on Monday one of the stored procedures seems to have deactivated the password functionality I have already made arrangements to have this corrected..."
