Getting RetsClientException while logging into the Sandicor paragon feed.

The details error message as follow RETS Login Failed - HTTP server returned with code 502 Details: com.bigllc.retsiq.simpleclient.RETSClientException

Rets Version: RETS/1.7.2

Rets Login URL: https://spn-rets.paragonrels.com/rets...

Username: 500576

I am able to create an instance of com.bigllc.retsiq.simpleclient.RETSConnection The error is while getting the session control passing the username and password which are correct as I can login when try to do it in a browser tab.

I'm not familiar with that client. It could be an authentication issue. Paragon RETS uses Basic authentication for HTTPS and Digest for HTTP.

Try using HTTP URL instead of HTTPS and see if it works that way.

It worked using the HTTP url. I have tried it before as well but was not working. I tried all possible options like changing the rets version to 1.5 in the the url as well as in the request sent but nothing were establishing the connection. It is working fine now. I received the updated metadata too. Thanks for the help.
