Itasca County BoR Dropping YearBuilt Values

We are currently importing the StatusCategory values of "Active" and "Pending". We are only seeing 59 of 1110 listings populated with YearBuilt data (5%).

Can you please investigate why the total is so low as we were receiving additional data previously. The data looks to be populated for Commercial listings only...

Looks like the LM_Char10_5 (Year Built) field is disabled in your account profile for residential and multi-family.
You will need to contact the MLS to request that it be enabled.
