New England Real Estate Network - Missing Public Remarks for 34K Listings

Hi Everyone! - We seem to be missing "remarkspublic" data in the RETS feed for upwards of 34,000 listings. Would you be able to look into this issue for us? I can supply a spreadsheet with the listing IDs for those missing Public Remarks, if needed.

The LR_remarks22 field is enabled for all property classes for your profile.
And I verified that each of the classes is returning data using your account.
Is there a particular class where this field is blank?
Can you give me a few ListingID examples?
