Uunable to fetch data from RETS feed

UserName: TRSOFT RETS Address:

The login credentials are working. But we are unable to fetch data from RETS feed. We are using following code to fetch the data:

HttpWebRequest objRequest = (HttpWebRequest)HttpWebRequest.Create( +?rets-version=rets/1.5&SearchType=Property&Class=1F_1&Format=COMPACT-DECODED&QueryType=DMQL2&StandardNames=0&Query=(L_ListingDate=2016-09-14T07:31:20-2018-09-06T17:00:00)&count=1);

        objRequest.Method = "get";
        objRequest.UserAgent = "RETSMD/1.0";
        objRequest.Headers.Add("RETS-Version", "RETS/1.5");
        objRequest.Credentials = new NetworkCredential("TRSOFT", "****", "" + ?&SearchType=Property&class=1F_1&Format=COMPACT-DECODED&QueryType=DMQL2&Query=(L_ListingDate=2016-09-14-2018-09-06)&count=1&Limit=20&Offset=1;
        objRequest.Accept = "*/*";
        objRequest.KeepAlive = true;
 objRequest.Headers.Add(HttpRequestHeader.Cookie, "RETS-Session-ID=-ddef542c-a100-4d6e-b8d5-491a3bbe345d-;");

HttpWebResponse objResponseLogin;

objResponseLogin = (HttpWebResponse)objRequest.GetResponse();

We are getting following response:

<RETS ReplyCode="20201" ReplyText="No Records Found." >
 <COUNT Records="0"/>

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Fixed an issue with your account configuration.
Also please change your RETS Version to RETS/1.7.2 or RETS/1.8.
Please verify that it is working now.
