Is there a different offset value for agents vs. property

User = V000CLALL

Can you tell me if they have set up the ActiveAgents class with a different offset value that what we use for property classes. We believe the offset value for property is 2500. It appears to us they may be using a value of 1000 for ActiveAgents.

These values are configurable by account profile and your limits are:
2500 - Property resource
1000 - ActiveAgent, ActiveOffice, and OpenHouse resources.
