Over the weekend, we are missing agents info from Agent or ActiveAgent. Sample query - Query=(U_HiddenOrgID=2071). <rets-status replycode="20201" replytext="No Records Found."/>

Please advise.

You're not getting any agents or just agents from that office?

Any agents. This agent Query=(U_AgentID=10103) should be available.

Do you have an update? We are still getting "No Records Found" for agents with Query=(AO_BranchOfOrgID=2374).
