Duplicate primary key L_ListingID

I was trying to download records from rets for IL_PAAR_COM, When I download there are multiple records for same L_ListingID. Some of the L_ListingID which I found duplicate keys are (1000557, 7004544, 1001315, 4054301..) Is there a another column for unique ids? Thanks

If you exclude these two fields from your select: T_tax_db_id T_list_tax_property_id, it will remove the duplicate listing records. I will see about getting the data fixed.
