When making requests on: http://ranwmls.rets.paragonrels.com with username DigiSage

For the Media resource we are getting back:

<RETS ReplyCode="20036" ReplyText="Error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object." >

This is happening with two different clients. Something server-side which needs correction?

I am also seeing this issue on my end for the following feed:
