Beaumont Board of REALTORS® RETS Credentials Failing

  • retag add tags

We are no longer able to connect to the RETS server and I have not been able to get a response from the MLS regarding this issue. Can you please verify if these credentials are valid:

I verified that I could connect and search RETS with the account name you provided.

With the below query, we are not able to pull data. Can you please take a look? retsX -u 'kathy' -p '*' -l 'http://setexasmls.rets.paragonrels.com/rets/fnisrets.aspx/SETEXASMLS/login?rets-version=rets/1.5' -v 'RETS/1.5' -a 'Wolfnet/1.0' -t Search -q 'Limit=NONE&QueryType=DMQL2&StandardNames=0&Count=1&Format=COMPACT-DECODED&SearchType=Property&Class=RE_1&Query=((L_UpdateDate=2002-07-03T18:00:00%2B),(L_AskingPrice=0%2b),(L_StatusCatID=|1,3))' -o /var/log/mlsload/tx_bbor/data/Residential.txt

I don't see any fresh requests from that account with User Agent: "Wolfnet/1.0" since 2018-10-08.
Query: ((L_UpdateDate=2002-06-22T21:00:00+),(L_AskingPrice=0+),(L_StatusCatID=|1,3))
Records returned: 1338
I do see recent requests from User Agent: "MarketLeader/1.0" for that account though.
Is it possible that you are sharing an account and the password was changed without notifying you?
