Important Fields not Loading

Good afternoon,

My URL: http://jacksonmls-rets.paragonrels.co... username: msuRETS

When I try to download about 100 fields I am only able to get 29 of them. For example, I do not see anything for city or state, nor saleprice or watersewer.

Is this because there is no data to populate those fields or is it because I am restricted from them?

It looks like your account only allows access to a limited set of data fields.
The rest would just be returned as blank.
If you need additional fields you would need to contact the MLS directly to request access.
