Missing Remarks Data - Henderson Audubon Board of Realtors (KY)

We stopped receiving Remarks data several weeks ago and need the data restored to our RETS feed. It is our understanding that the MLS has contacted their Paragon SSM multiple times regarding this but has not received any information back. Please see the account information below.
