Unable To Access Attached Documents [closed]

I see on listings that there are attached documents, but when I attempt to get them I get a "20407: Unauthorized Retrieval". Is this something that you would be able to help me with?

Document access is disabled by default.
You need to contact the MLS and request document access for your account's profile.

It also looks like it isn't enabled for the MLS since I don't see it in the METADATA-OBJECT metadata.
So RETS access would need to be turned on for the MLS first.
