Receiving Error: Unauthorized Query. You are not authorized to access class [pc_6] in resource [property]

Hi there,

I'm running into an issue trying to pull data from different MLS boards where I get an error for certain classes. The error will say something like:

Unauthorized Query. You are not authorized to access class [x] in resource [y]

I read the FAQ and I understand that this may be an issue with our credentials not having the appropriate permissions to access these classes, but this is consistent across all the boards we're trying to access and we wanted to see if we can chat with someone about our process of getting data to make sure that we're doing everything properly. Would there be someone who can help us if we can provide the classes we tried to access, the boards we're using, and the usernames that are provided?
