Hot Springs Board of REALTORS® (AR) - Need Data Set Answers

  • retag add tags

Hi Everyone! We have had a bit of difficulty with getting info from the MLS regarding particular data sets, and I am hoping you can assist. Would you be able to answer the below questions:

• Is Open House data available and can it be displayed via IDX? • Is Sold data available and can it be displayed via IDX? If Yes, are Sold photos restricted to just the primary photo, or are all Sold photos allowed for display? • Is Foreclosure and/or Short Sale data available and can it be displayed via IDX? • Are Pending listings available and allowed for display? • Are Contingent listings available and allowed for display? • Are Withdrawn and Expired listings available and allowed for back end use?

Please include your RETS URL and account name.
Data availability and access is a set by the account profile.

We are still working with the MLS to secure credentials. Unfortunately, we have asked the MLS several times for this information and all they send us is a RETS FAQ doc, which doesn't answer our questions. We were hoping that we could obtain this information directly from the vendor, as it seems the MLS does not understand what is being asked.

HSBOR's open house data is handled by another company, not by Paragon.
Access to the data through RETS is handled is solely by the MLS and their business rules.
You would need to work through them to create an account and configure its allowed access.
When you request an account you can ask for access to the resources you need.

That's odd, a client just forwarded us the below credentials and they look like Paragon's to us:

That is weird. You should be using your own credentials. Not someone else.
But the URL would be similar.
