There are several image URLs in the BCAR feed with nothing behind them. Examples:

There are many more examples if needed. Any idea why this is happening?

If the MLS makes changes their image watermarking, it effects any existing image URLs you may have stored.
It was changed on 2/20/2019 so any property image URLs downloaded prior to that would no longer be valid.
If you pull the image URLs again, they will work.
I just pulled these for listing 279183 and they both work:

Interesting, I'm not sure why we didn't get that update automatically...weird. Thanks much for the info!
They probably didn't change the last photo update date since this only really effects RETS Vendors who download and store the actual image URLs.
Most of them store the actual image binaries locally, even if they use the URLs to download them.
We don't want the added load with every vendor downloading image binaries again just because the watermark changed.
