rets 401 unauthorized error

We have rets feed with Pensacola Association of Realtors When we try to login we are getting 401 unauthorized. this is the request we are making http://parmls.rets.paragonrels.com/re...

I was able to login and do the search, 1571 records, without issue using CWS account.
