ShowingInstructions null

I have browsed through the returned data and it appears the ShowingInstructions are all coming back as null. Is there a query setting to be able to retrieve this information or could this field in-fact be blank?

Showing instructions are disabled for your profile except for the Land (LD_2) class.
If you need access, you would need to contact the MLS directly.
