Re-Enable RETS credentials for East Central Association of REALTORS

Hello,

Our point of contact with the MLS let us know our credentials were disabled due to excessive, run-away queries on 3/18. He directed us to contact you here once the issue has been resolved on our end.

The issue was a bug encountered when a developer was wiring up the new credentials / feed. We have since fixed the issue as well as adding extra limiting to our query processor to prevent a similar issue from happening in the future.

How do we go about getting our credentials re-enabled?
