Performance Issues with MIMLS?

Hello,

As of about the last week or so we are experiencing slow query performance with our MIMLS feed:

Endpoint: http://mimls.rets.paragonrels.com/ret...

Anyone else seeing similar issues? It appears it may be related to photo processing, although we're still doing some digging.

Thanks!

Please be more specific.
Is it Search Queries or Photo Downloads?
Photo: Are you pulling binary images directly using GETOBJECT?
Photo: Are getting URLs from either GETOBJECT or Media resource and downloading using URLs?
Searching: Do you have an sample query?

Did changing the URL fix your issues?

We updated the URL as indicated and watched the processing run over the course of the day; unfortunately we are not seeing improvement in the photo download performance. Do you have any other suggestions?

Where are you seeing the performance issues?
Is it getting the URLs using GETOBJECT or Downloading the images using the URLs that were returned?

It's the latter - it seems downloading the photos from the retrieved URLs is taking longer than expected.

It looks like our performance has been improving since yesterday. Were there any changes made on your side?

They recently merged in another MLS which was completed Monday.
This could have resulted in some slowness while it was in transition.
Please keep using the new URLs shown above for your RETS access.

Thank you for the update. We will call this resolved and will reach out if we see any further issues.
