RETS URL (Updated per Forum Searches for answers) :

Account Name: Pur3Mgmt

I seem to be unable to pull or count any Property records -- even if the DQML filter query is fairly wide-open, such as "~(L_ListingID=.EMPTY.)" running against Property, RS_1. (Error Code 20201 received)

While I can pull the complete list of Agents and Offices through similar DQML queries against their respective primary keys, any DQML queries against Property resources (regardless of class) consistently yields zero records in the results.

Is there a suggested DQML sample that would at least return Property records through the RETS API? Is it possible that this Pur3Mgmt login-account is data-filtered at a higher level to only retrieve Property records that originate from its office? (If so, how can such a filter be removed so this account can be used to retrieve and display records made available by other listing offices and agents?)

Sorry, but you will need to contact the MLS for this.
Your account's security level does not allow access to the property data.

It looks as though this is working now?

Hi, yes, the MLS provider managed to correct the permissions based on your suggestions, thanks!
