(Birmingham aka BAMLS (BIAL)) have issues with Find deep links

Hi There, I am from Move Inc. one of our clients Birmingham aka BAMLS (BIAL) MLS have a couple of deep links pointing the Find application(Find is owned by Move Inc.). These deep links works based on SSO handshaking between Find and the MLS application. When the user clicks on the deep link the MLS application is supposed to send us the MLS name in URL path in this case what we are expecting is as below- https://find.Realtor.com/Birmingham?uid=

but actually what we are receiving is - http://find.realtor.com/ENTER_MLS_CODE_HERE?uid=RcomPS&RedirectUrl=http%3a%2f%2ffind.realtor.com%2fBirmingham%2fPartner%2fPropertyDetails%2f834237

The issue is happening intermittently means sometimes we are receiving correct URL path and sometimes we are receiving the "ENTER_MLS_CODE_HERE" in the url.
