Our customer's listings are showing truncated data

The school names and districts are being cut short. We have let our customer know that our syndication will only import what is in Paragon's database. This is how the information is coming to us. Could you confirm that for MLS #206577 this is how the school district information appears in Paragon's database?

Try setting your RETS Version to RETS/1.7.2 when downloading your RETS data.
If you are using PHRETS, it is something like this: $config->setRetsVersion('1.7.2')
RETS/1.5 had a 32 character limit on the long value for lookup fields which is what is being returned.
