Why is the MLS inactive?

We are receiving an error message when we try to sign in with our credentials.

Client error: POST http://mimls.rets.paragonrels.com/rets/fnisrets.aspx/MIMLS/login?rets-version=rets/1.8 resulted in a `401 User is currently inactive - please contact the board office.

You will need to contact the MLS to have it activated.
