Northeast Iowa Data - No Records Found

We've been getting "No Records Found" when querying for Active listings in all property classes since Friday or Saturday

We've contacted the MLS and they've asked us to try about 6 other username/password combinations but none allow us to login at all. Not quite sure they know what's going on... (I did see the other ticket). Is there something I can have our MLS folks ask the MLS?
