We've been receiving server errors on this link since 8/14 error code 20036

we've tried updating the rets version in the header and URL and no luck LOGIN - BEXRETS

Looking at the search query you included the URL is being built incorrectly.
You are using:
"https://gamls-rets.paragonrels.com/rets/fnisrets.aspx/GAMLS/rets/fnisrets.aspx/GAMLS/search"
Should be:
"https://gamls-rets.paragonrels.com/rets/fnisrets.aspx/GAMLS/search"
