Possible Missing Data - Nova Scotia MLS [closed]

The feed from Nova Scotia MLS appears to only include 14 records for listings in Halifax. The only class showing listings in Halifax is RE_1 Residential. We were contacted by a client who believes their should be more listings from this MLS (around 40).

Also they reported the L_ListingIDs 201826348, 201902458 report incorrectly as Halifax. The first being Hubley, and the second being, White Lakes.

Are you talking about the city or area?
(L_City=Halifax) I show 14 matches.
L_Area: Halifax-Dartmouth (L_Area=3) I show 102 matches.

That feed is restricted to Active and Conditional Sale listings (L_StatusCatID=|1,3) for (L_ListOffice1=910) only.
With that filter in place I only see 14 in RE_1 and 1 in VL_5 where (L_City=Halifax).
RETS only displays what is entered in Paragon so if the listing has an incorrect city value, you would need to work with the MLS or Agent to get this corrected.
