Permission Issues for THAAR Board [closed]

Today, we are getting a permission issue for the THAAR board. Our username is fcRETS and we are logging into http://thaar-rets.paragonrels.com/ret.... Here's the error code we are getting:

401 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to invalid credentials.

You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.

Is this issue related to http://vendorsupport.paragonrels.com/...

I would ensure you are using the correct password, if you're unsure - you may contact the MLS to submit a request for the password.

I tested utilizing your credentials and was able to successfully log in and query the first class (RE_1). Looking at the audit, i see that you have successfully logged in and out as recent as 2019-09-06 07:44:44.323 UTC, but there is no querying between logging in, and out.

I also reviewed and found that thought the rets version 1.7.2 is being passed as a parameter, the actual version being supplied when testing with RETSMD is 1.5, I recommend either 1.8 (if possible) or 1.7.2.
