Login doesn't work. Do I need a RETS client to access login?

I received this url for a RETS data access, however I've tried to login many times with reset passwords and the best I get is the error message below.

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

You are correct, you will need a rets client. Here is some helpful info from RESO that may help you get started:
