Since our client said it should have Short Term Rental listings in Maui MLS (RAMAUI), you do have Lease Term(LM_Char10_9) and Short Term Rental (LM_Char10_16) fields in the data feed, but can't match any listings, please help.

I would suggest contacting your local MLS for this question, as I'm not sure how the MLS would differentiate between short term rental listings. If I had a guessit would be a separate class, Resource: Property, Class: TI_6 but it is best to contact the MLS. You can find their contact info from their site: https://www.ramaui.com/
