Legal description for a residential property missing

wyo-rets.../rets/fnisrets.aspx/WYO/...?rets-version=rets/1.7.2 #URL obfuscated for security considerations
credential = 'mccartney'

I can retrieve residential property listings, though they don't include the Legal description (e.g. Block 16 the West 35' of Lot 3 and Lot 4, or Section 1 of Township 37 Range 73, etc.)

The metadata says ('SystemName', 'LM_char100_1'), ('StandardName', None), ('LongName', 'Legal'), ('DBName', 'Legal'), ('ShortName', 'Legal' -- so LM_char100_1 should have a value, but despite a search for ~5000 records none of them do have a value for LM_char100_1 or any other Legal description for that matter.

Appears true for LM_char512_1 as well - Agent Conf Remarks.

The LM_char100_1 (Legal) should be working now.
The MLS doesn't want the Char512_1 (Agent Conf Remarks) enabled though.
