Range Association of Realtors - Login Error (Zaplabs)

Over the past few weeks, we've received "403 - Forbidden: Access is denied" errors when trying to download files. This seems to happen at random and usually resolves itself within a few hours. It's been happening more frequently lately.

Do you know what could be causing the issue? Below are our login credentials. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank You.

Are you using GETOBJECT or Media resource to download the images?
If using GETOBJECT, are you using location=1 to get URLs or downloading binary?

Here's what our engineer got back when attempting to login

Paragon RETS limits the number of Login transactions, per account, per calendar day CST.
When that limit is exceeded, you can no longer login until after Midnight CST.
The limit varies by MLS and can be from 5,000 - 30,000 per calendar day.
This was implemented to help minimize a bad behaving user's impact to the MLS performance.
To avoid hitting this limit, login then send multiple transactions, then logout.
RAOR is set to 20,000 which your account exceeded.
