No longer getting full IDX Beaumont Board of REALTORS

Over the weekend the feed dropped all listings but those owned by a single office. I'd like to confirm that this was on purpose (this MLS has done this to us before) and not just a config error, before I sic my customer service manager on the MLS.

I checked and I'm not seeing any changes to the feed assigned to account SHANI since 2017-08-10.
And that's when the office filter was changed from one office to another.
Did you recently change login accounts for your feed or anything like that?

Nevermind. A colleague changed our credentials while I was out of town and chose a set for a single office. Self-inflicted error. All good now.
