Incomplete data set

Hi, it seems we're missing data. We're only able to download listings for one office and even those listings are missing values in the following fields. Can you help us figure out what's going on? Thanks!

Currently your account is only configured to allow access listings from one office.
You would need to contact the MLS if you need that changed and also to enable the other fields.
