RETS not pulling any data
Hello,
We are attempting to pull data for a member of Central Wisconsin MLS using the following URL:
http://cwbr-rets.paragonrels.com/rets...
There appears to be no data - please advise.

I see search requests in our RETS logs for that account that show it is returning data.
The only exception is your RE_1 query: (L_Status=|1_0,1_1,1_2,1_3,1_4,3_0),(L_SaleRent=|R)
That query is not returning data because you are searching for (L_SaleRent=|R) and there are only 18 with that value and those are all (L_Status=2_0) which you aren't including in your query.
Changing it to: (L_SaleRent=|S) returns 1028 records.

OK - that makes sense - if my dba updates their query, we should be seeing 1028 rental listings (just confirming).
You would be seeing 1028 Residential sale listings not rental.
what adjustment to the query would return residential rental listings?
the reason I ask, is we are receiving a few MLS feeds from Paragon that may be experiencing the same issue
Are you wanting to pull ONLY rentals?
If so, that query would be correct but there might not be any.
Your other class queries didn't include the L_SaleRent filter.

Ok. If that is the case your query would be correct.
There just aren't any active rentals in that class.
In fact I only see active ones in class: CI_3
should I have the dba update the class to CL_3 in this case?
That would be CI_3, Commerical/Industrial so those may just be commercial rentals.
I would imagine you would want: RE_1, MF_5, and FA_5 if you just want residential rentals.
I wouldn't think LD_2, Land would apply.
You may want to check with the MLS to verify.
