L_ContractDate not populated though data on web page

I am working with RETS data from the WY MLS, specifically the residential property and lots and land data. The WY MLS web page includes a field for Contract Date and it is populated. The RETS data has L_ContractDate; however, it is NOT populated. And an example date from the web page did not exist in a downloaded record -- MLS ID 20083156 on the web page shows contract date of 4/1/2012. The RETS data doesn't have '4/1/2012' anywhere therein (three '2012' dates show up, but not 4/1/2012).

The field is currently disabled for your account.
I notified the System Support Manager (SSM) who will see if the MLS will allow it to be enabled.
You should also contact the MLS directly which may speed the process.
